All tours include my personal attention, before, during and after your trip. When you call, toll free, you will talk to me. Our first conversations will

• Define your travel goals and so I can input them into a flexible itinerary that we agree on before you commit. In other words, if you want to museum hop and drink wine but don't really care if you shop or where you dine, that's fine! During our conversations, we will figure out together what type of European travel fits your style.
• When we do finalize our plan, I will supply materials that covers various subjects such as what to bring, how to pack, etc. 

From the moment you arrive in Europe, I make sure your trip enjoyable and stress free by

• Meeting you at the airport with a welcoming smile!
• Helping with the bags and get you to your hotel (transfer included in the price)
• Checking you in, hurdling the language barrier
• Show you the best places to get local money, and how
• Get you feeling comfortable - my specialty!

Once you get settled in we meet at an agreed upon time to go over our plan while we sample some local refreshments (my treat). Then

• I give an overview tour to get you oriented and give you some confidence
• We get some hands on experience on how to use the public transport (I provide you with 10 tickets each or a pass)
• We acquaint ourselves with some basic words and customs - you probably already know a lot of them - as you are getting acclimated

Some days are just better than others to see certain sights, so I have developed flexible, adaptable daily itineraries that will leave you fulfilled and enlightened while staying  fresh and relaxed

Whether we are in London, Paris or any other city  we will see all the famous sights - included in the price!
